Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel offers a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, making our relaxation a priority. However, there were some issues with room availability and the responsiveness of certain staff members that dampened our experience. While the amenities were nice, service inconsistencies left something to be desired.
During our stay, we found the hotel to be a serene oasis surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The swimming pool was lovely, offering a great way to relax after our excursions. The staff was always eager to help, ensuring our needs were met. While the buffet meals were decent, they lacked a bit of finesse, and I wished there were more local dining options available on-site. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for exploring nearby attractions.
The hotel offers a good overall experience with nice-looking rooms and friendly staff. However, the presence of insects can be bothersome for those sensitive to bugs. The food is of good quality, but there are some quirks with the billing process that might leave a sour taste. Overall, it's a decent place if you can overlook a few issues.
We had a decent stay at this hotel in Dambulla while visiting nearby attractions. The balcony view over the rice paddies was a nice touch, and lounging by the pool with drinks was enjoyable. However, we encountered a few issues, like the bed being two singles joined together and some minor shower problems. Overall, it’s a good spot with potential, but there are some areas that need attention.
The resort has a charming atmosphere amidst lush greenery, and the restaurant staff is genuinely warm and attentive. However, my experience was marred by unhelpful front office staff that exhibited a lack of professionalism and transparency, which was disappointing.
